FASHION & DESIGN - Coming Summer 2026: A Fresh Look for Home Economics + Certificates!
Our long-loved Home Economics program is getting a stylish makeover! Build creative and practical skills in supportive, hands-on environments. This enhancement recognizes the real-world value of the skills developed. Students can continue taking classes for personal enrichment, or choose to pursue a certificate as a meaningful credential. Future advanced classes are planned.

PARENTING - Coming Fall 2026: Earn a Certificate
Our Cooperative Preschool and Family Engagement certificate can be earned in two semesters by taking a Parent Child Workshop class, Child Development at the Parent-Child Workshop, in the Fall (ECEP NC010) and the Spring (ECEP NC011).

CULINARY ARTS - Coming Spring 2027: FREE Hands-on Cooking and Baking Classes
In Spring 2027, enjoy engaging, hands-on culinary classes to support skill-building for both home cooks and those interested in professional pathways. Watch for new offerings like Global Street Food, Global Holiday & Special Topics, Practical Table Service, and Safe Food Preparation and Serving.
